Privacy Policy

East Hope Contracting LLC ("East Hope", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

1. What we collect

• Information you give us — when you contact us through the website (which opens a WhatsApp chat), by phone or by email, we receive your name, phone number, email and the details of your enquiry.
• Technical information — like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site. This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and provide the contracting services you ask about. Our legal basis under the PDPL is the performance of, or steps prior to, a contract with you, and our legitimate business interest in responding to people who contact us. We only send you marketing or promotional messages if you have given us separate, explicit consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website and protects it from attacks; it processes technical data such as IP addresses. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you choose to message us, your chat is handled through WhatsApp under its own terms. See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps — our contact page shows a Google Maps location embed, which may set Google cookies when that page loads. See the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Transfers outside the Kingdom

Some of our service providers (such as our hosting provider) may process data on servers outside Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we transfer only what is necessary and rely on the safeguards permitted under the PDPL's Regulation on Personal Data Transfer. We do not transfer sensitive personal data outside the Kingdom.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so unless we are required to keep it by law.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is used;
• access your data and obtain a copy of it;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it (for example, marketing).

To exercise any of these rights, email info@easthopeco.com. We will respond within the period required by the PDPL (generally 30 days).

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), the regulator responsible for the PDPL, at sdaia.gov.sa.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Please review it occasionally.
